Primary SEN Teacher – Specialist Autism Setting Location: Colchester, Essex Salary: M1 - M6 + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience) Hours: Full-time, term time only (39 weeks plus training days) Start Date: September 2026 About the Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary SEN Teacher to join a specialist school supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and associated needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, working in a nurturing environment with small class sizes and a strong focus on personalised learning. You will support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
