- £28-33k FTE Our client, a well-established and highly regarded organisation within the education sector, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join their HR team on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, supporting the delivery of a high-quality recruitment service across the organisation.

Working closely with the Resourcing Business Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and internal procedures while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of a professional, efficient and compliant recruitment service Source high-quality candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media and networking Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction through to onboarding Screen applications and CVs in line with role requirements and safeguarding standards (KCSIE) Support hiring managers with interview processes, selection methods and assessment materials Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout Manage interview scheduling and maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders Carry out pre-employment checks including references, DBS, right to work and compliance documentation Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and data protection requirements Provide guidance to managers on recruitment procedures and best practice Support recruitment events including job fairs and community engagement activities Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems About You Previous experience xwzovoh within recruitment, resourcing or HR administration Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes Excellent organisational and time management skills High attention to detail, particularly in relation to compliance and data accuracy Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Experience using HR systems or applicant tracking systems Knowledge of safer recruitment practices and DBS processes is advantageous A proactive, customer-focused approach If you're interested in finding out more, please click apply and we will be in touch if your profile is suitable!
