Meet the People You'll Be Supporting
You'll be supporting two gentlemen and one lady with learning disabilities and epilepsy to live independently, pursue their interests, and enjoy day-to-day life.
Ice skating (although skating skills are not required, professional support is available)
One day you may be helping someone attend a local activity, and the next you could be supporting them to develop new life skills, meet friends, or achieve a personal goal.
As a Support Worker, you'll help people with:
Building confidence and independence
Accessing community activities and events
Most importantly, you'll be providing encouragement, companionship, and support that helps people thrive.
Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week
Shift patterns include:
~You will need to be flexible and able to work every other weekend.
As part of this role, you'll support people to access activities and appointments within the local community. Hold a full UK driving licence
Be willing to drive company vehicles
