HR Manager, Human Resources Manager

Job Title: HR Manager/Lead Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire (hybrid on offer)
Start Date: ASAP
Length: 12 months (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Project Lead to join our client’s HR Operations and Employee Relations team. This is a fixed-term role (12 months) to cover maternity leave, based in Basingstoke with hybrid working options. The successful candidate will lead a variety of HR projects focused on process improvement, service optimization, and change management, while also supporting data analytics and policy development.

Lead and deliver HR projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
Drive automation initiatives and leverage technology to streamline HR services
Manage data reporting, dashboards, and analytics, including headcount planning
Update HR policies and develop training and communication materials
Proven experience in HR project delivery and process improvement
Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus
Experience in employee relations and conducting workplace investigations
