Immediate start available. The Role As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant. Your focus will include: Leading and developing your team Driving sales and controlling costs Delivering excellent guest service Managing rotas, labour, and productivity Maintaining food safety, health & safety, and brand standards Coaching team members to grow performance Creating a positive, high-energy culture in store This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead from the front.
