The Role: Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects Manage drainage strategies, highways design, and infrastructure schemes Oversee S278 / S38 technical approvals Coordinate project teams and manage technical delivery Work closely with developers, architects, contractors, and local authorities Review and mentor junior engineers designs and technical outputs Attend client meetings and site visits Prepare fee proposals and support business development activities Ensure projects are delivered to high quality, safety, and sustainability standards Projects Include: Residential developments Commercial schemes Mixed-use developments Infrastructure and highways projects Large-scale strategic developments About You: Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) working towards Chartership Degree or HND qualified in Civil Engineering Strong experience in highways and drainage design Background delivering infrastructure projects through planning and construction Experience managing teams and mentoring junior engineers Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D (or similar design software) Commercially aware with excellent communication skills Ambitious and motivated to progress within a growing consultancy Whats on Offer: £60,000 £75,000 salary package Performance-related bonus Hybrid and flexible working Clear progression to Associate level and beyond Full CPD and professional development support Pension and enhanced benefits package Modern, collaborative working environment Exposure to high-profile and technically challenging projects Why Apply?
