We're looking for a senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme within a large financial services organisation.

• Rate: £250/day
• Contract: 6 months
• Location: Cheshire (Knutsford area), hybrid (2–3 days on-site per week)
• Start: ASAP

What you'll bring:

• 10+ years' hands-on Salesforce experience across complex enterprise implementations
• Strong banking/financial services domain knowledge, including regulatory and control awareness
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data Cloud, and a solid grasp of Agentforce
• A track record of leading (not just supporting) major workstreams on large Salesforce transformation programmes
• Comfort taking end-to-end ownership of complex business areas — discovery through to delivery
• The confidence to challenge senior xwzovoh stakeholders, resolve ambiguity, and unblock engineering delivery
• Experience working across Product, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Data, Integration and Testing in Agile teams
• A senior, delivery-focused mindset — able to direct other BAs and lift programme pace and quality
