HR Officer Inverness Salary up to £31,000 You will take an active role in managing all aspects of HR, from hiring and onboarding through to employee relations, administration, and wellbeing initiatives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES: Lead recruitment and onboarding Maintain compliant HR records Advise managers on HR matters Support compliance and audits Assist with payroll and reporting Promote wellbeing and inclusion Manage training records and communication REQUIRED SKILLS: CIPD Level 3 (or in progress) HR experience incl.
