A successful and expanding national property group

THE ROLE

We have an exciting interim role for an experienced property lawyer to cover for the Head of Legal for 3 months starting in September

The post holder will be responsible for heading up, developing and managing a team of legal professionals in addition to providing legal advice at board level

The work of the legal department is varied and covers; lease extensions, enfranchisement, licences, sales, property litigation and finance in addition to more general corporate and commercial issues

THE CANDIDATE

You will have 8 + PQE handling residential property work, ideally with a solid private practice background

You will have sound management and leadership skills in order to lead a busy team overseeing a variety of matters for a large property portfolio

The successful candidate will also be expected to deal with the wider business, offering advice and guidance on a range of corporate and strategic xwzovoh matters

The role will be office based for part of the week with flexible working arrangements
