In this role the successful production manager would oversee all day-to-day production activities like assembly, inspection and testing, rework and packing activities as well as ensuring all machinery is maintained, you will also be responsible for implementing lean manufacturing methodologies throughout.

This role would suit a Production Manager from an electronics manufacturing background who has hands on experience with either SMT, PCBs, assembly or testing as well as having a good working knowledge of implementing lean manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.

The role:

Overseeing assembly, inspection and testing, rework and packing activities
Ensure all machinery is properly maintained
implementing lean manufacturing processes and continuous improvement throughout
