SEN TA - New Opportunity in Basingstoke
£95-£105 per day | Basingstoke | Full-Time
Are you a passionate SEN TA looking for a new challenge in education? We're currently working with a number of welcoming and inclusive schools across Basingstoke who are seeking dedicated individuals to support pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and challenging behaviour.
As an SEN TA, you'll provide personalised support that helps pupils feel confident, engaged and ready to learn. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children while helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally.
What we're looking for
A confident, proactive and positive approach
Patience, resilience and adaptability
A genuine passion for supporting children
Enthusiasm for helping pupils overcome challenges
A willingness to learn and take on new experiences
The ideal SEN TA will have
Previous experience as an Early Years, KS1 or KS2 Teaching Assistant, or as an SEN TA
A caring, patient and flexible approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The ability to build strong relationships with pupils
Availability Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
