The Vacancy Quality Technologist - Enniskillen (Onsite, Mon-Fri) Hours: 1 Month Mon-Thursday 6.30am- 3pm Fri 6.30am-2pm 2nd Month Mon-Thurs 3pm-11pm Fri 2pm-9pm We're hiring a Quality Technologist to join our Enniskillen team! This onsite role supports production by ensuring top-tier food safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Champion food safety and quality culture Ensure compliance with BRC and customer standards Lead technical projects (e.g. hygiene, allergen validations) Manage supplier relationships and non-conformances Support audits and investigations Deliver training on HACCP, allergen awareness, etc. Use data and OPEX tools to drive improvements What You'll Bring Essential: HACCP & Food Safety Level 3 Experience in food manufacturing Strong knowledge of BRC & industry standards Excellent communication & organisation Problem-solving skills & attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Desirable: 8-step problem solving experience Experience leading third-party audits Background in Food Safety/Technology *We are currently not able to offer Sponsorship* Our Story Pilgrim's Europe produces some of the best-known and most iconic brands in the UK and Ireland, including Fridge Raiders, Rollover, Denny, Richmond, Oakhouse and Moy Park, alongside a diverse range of industry leading own-label products in categories including fresh pork, lamb and chicken, working with all the major retailers and food service outlets.
