Factory Operative

We are recruiting FACTORY OPERATIVES for our client based in Swadlincote, DE11. This is working for a long-established manufacturing business. The company has been manufacturing since 1989 and operate from modern production facilities serving customers across the UK and Ireland. This company is going from strength to strength & a fantastic place to grow a career! Shifts are permanent earlies Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm Rate of Pay £13.10ph - overtime opportunites available! Inductions to take place TOMORROW!!! Start ASAP. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO ATTEND INDUCTION THURSDAY 17TH SEPTEMBER Temp - Perm Opportunities after 13 weeks for the right candidates! Key Responsibilities: Operating manufacturing machinery and production equipment - including press machines & industrial guillotine working across a number of departments. Loading and unloading materials safely Assisting with fabrication, assembly, and finishing processes Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment Following all health and safety procedures Supporting team members to achieve production targets What We're Looking For: Experience working in a manufacturing environment is essential Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team Positive attitude and reliable attendance record Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when required Benefits Long-term work with permanent opportunities Training Company events like, pizza days or ice cream vans Benefits: On-site parking
