We're looking for a world class Account Manager to support our professional sports clients globally based i n the UK and across Europe .   You’ll own the relationships we have with elite sports organisations providing training, sports  consultancy and on-going support daily. In this role,  you’ll become an expert in our industry-leading technology and make sure our clients get maximum value from our products and services .     Account Management   ~ Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.   ~ Provide Sports Science consultancy   ~ Be strategic in your approach, providing proactive, value add account management services   ~ Ensure client records are up to date and  accurate in Salesforce, recording all interactions   ~ Develop new business with existing clients and/or  identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.   ~ Collaborate with the Sales Team to  identify and grow opportunities within territories.   Continued contribution to the Sports Science Department which includes written Performance Insights   ~ Be committed to continuous professional development, keeping up to date with the latest developments in the athlete monitoring industry including competitor systems as well as Account Management skills     This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and likes to work in a  fast-paced environment. A world class Account Manager at  STATSports is organised, has  great communication skills and is passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.     Experience working or coaching in High Performance Sports using a GPS Performance Tracking System.   ~ Ability to fluently speak English .   ~ The ability to travel for work, up to 50% of the time.     Experience with Salesforce CRM.   ~ We would particularly welcome applications from women and underrepresented groups.     We’re still a small business that happen to be the world leader in our field, that means you can be a part of something big .
