Mentor and grow a team of talented Retrofit Designers - your leadership will make a real difference. Work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver innovative, practical solutions. Be part of a consultancy that's genuinely shaping the future of sustainable housing in the UK. About you: Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA) or Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT). Strong Revit skills and proven experience leading retrofit projects. Confident navigating PAS2035, Building Regulations, Building Safety Act, and higher-risk buildings. Experience in social housing or public sector projects - you know the challenges and how to solve them. Naturally collaborative, you thrive in multi-disciplinary teams and can mentor others. Desirable but not essential points: Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management. Multi-disciplinary consultancy experience.
