Associate Structural Engineer

This permanent opportunity offers a salary of £55,000-£70,000, with a hybrid working arrangement requiring three days per week in the London office. Strong reinforced concrete (RC) frame experience is essential, and applications will be considered from professionals operating at either Senior or Associate level. The Role You'll play a key role in the design and delivery of structural engineering projects, providing technical expertise and contributing throughout the project lifecycle. The position will involve working on reinforced concrete structures, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring designs are technically robust, practical and delivered to a high standard. At Associate level, you'll also be expected to take greater ownership of project delivery, support junior members of the team and contribute to successful client relationships. What We're Looking For Strong structural engineering consultancy experience Extensive RC frame design experience Good knowledge of UK structural design standards and regulations Experience delivering projects through multiple design stages Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, engineers and other disciplines Strong technical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to attend the London office three days per weekApplications are welcomed from both Senior and Associate-level professionals, with responsibilities and salary reflecting experience.
