£40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Training + Progression + Life Assurance + Share Scheme

Are you an Account Manager from a Tool Hire, M&E Hire, Survey Hire or Lifting & Safety Equipment background looking to join a market-leading business where you can directly influence growth and develop key customer relationships across a thriving region?

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts while identifying new business opportunities within the construction, M&E, facilities management and infrastructure sectors.

Working autonomously, you'll build long-term partnerships with contractors, subcontractors and project teams, helping to deliver tailored hire solutions whilst driving revenue growth across the region.
This role would suit an ambitious sales professional with experience in the hire industry who is looking to develop their career within a growing and well-established business.

The Role

* Develop and grow existing key accounts across the South London region.
* Identify and win new business opportunities within construction, M&E and contractor markets.
* Build strong relationships with project managers, site teams, procurement departments and key decision makers.
* Promote a range of tool hire, M&E equipment hire and specialist site solutions.
* Manage your own diary and territory with a high degree of autonomy.

The Person

* Experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager or similar.
* Background in Tool Hire, M&E Hire, Non-Mechanical Plant, Survey Equipment Hire, Lifting Equipment Hire or a related hire sector.
* Proven track record of developing accounts and generating new business.
* Strong commercial and relationship-building skills.
* Based in South London with good access to Brixton, Clapham, Streatham, Croydon, Wimbledon and the surrounding areas.
