The team advises clients on a variety of corporate transactions including acquisitions, demergers, carve-outs, recapitalisations, financing, public offerings, rewards and incentives, and equity capital raisings, partnering with the leading large-cap private equity firms. What you'll need to succeedManager level experience, ideally from a 'Big 4' firm within M&A Tax, Deals Tax, or Corporate TaxStrong organisational skills - ability to prioritise work demands, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Demonstrates drive and ambition to succeedExperience with identifying issues and developing solutions, managing client expectations, engagement economics and team leadership.What you'll get in returnIf you're ready to take a leap from the 'Big 4' and work with greater autonomy and entrepreneurship, this is the opportunity for you.
