We are looking for an experienced

Commercial Property Solicitor

to join an established and growing legal team based in

Leicester . This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking to work on a varied caseload of commercial property matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. Youll have the opportunity to work closely with a broad range of clients, taking ownership of transactions and providing practical, commercially focused legal advice. The Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload and advise clients across a range of commercial property transactions. Your responsibilities will include: Managing commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion

Acting for a range of commercial clients, investors, landlords and occupiers

Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial property

Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and related documentation

Advising on landlord and tenant matters

Dealing with property finance and security documentation where required

Reviewing and reporting on title and property-related documentation

Managing transactions efficiently and ensuring key deadlines are met

Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other professional advisers

Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice

Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service

Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulatory and professional requirements

About You

Were looking for a solicitor with solid experience in

commercial property

who is confident managing matters with a good degree of autonomy. You should have: Qualified solicitor status in England & Wales

Relevant commercial property experience

Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions

Experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related documents

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

A commercially minded and client-focused approach

The confidence to build strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
