Working for one of the best law firms in the area in a highly established team, you will play a key by taking on a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters for properties of all shapes and sizes. This client has a reputation for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and for offering clear and practical advice at every turn.

Some of the key responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload (including sales, purchases, shared ownership, freehold and leasehold)
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively develop new client prospects
• Provide a first-class service to clients with regular communication and updates.
• Be an ambassador for the firm externally

The successful candidate will have

• 4 + years as a qualified conveyancer (Solicitor/ CILEX etc)
• Able to manage and develop your own caseload
• Ideally you will have a following or professional network to bring
• Excellent technical skills coupled with a strong commercial mindset. xwzovoh
• Strong IT skills particularly case management systems
