The Opportunity

As QHSE & Compliance Manager, you will lead all aspects of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental performance across a large-scale, technically advanced campus.

You’ll work at the heart of a collaborative, high-performing team — shaping safety culture, driving compliance, and supporting business continuity in an environment where precision and reliability are non-negotiable.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and deliver the site-wide QHSE strategy aligned with global standards
  • Drive a strong safety culture across teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure the campus remains audit-ready at all times (internal & external audits)
  • Oversee and continuously improve Integrated Management Systems
  • Manage risk, compliance, and assurance programmes, including ISO standards
  • Lead incident investigations, identifying trends and driving improvements
  • Support business continuity and crisis management planning
  • Deliver engaging training and development programmes for site teams
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and client representatives
  • Provide detailed reporting on QHSE performance, risks, and initiatives

What My client is Looking For

  • Proven experience in a QHSE leadership role within critical environments (Data Centres, FM, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and ISO standards
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IEMA, or equivalent)
  • Experience managing integrated management systems and audits
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
