This is a dynamic and influential position where you will provide specialist psychological assessment, formulation and evidence‑based intervention, while shaping psychologically informed practice across Jersey Adult Autism Service (JAAS). Your clinical expertise will help develop effective care pathways, build staff confidence, and ensure that autistic adults receive the right support at the right time.

In this role, you will have opportunities to lead on complex case formulations and therapeutic approaches, influence service development and contribute to strategic direction, deliver consultation and supervision to multidisciplinary colleagues, improve access to specialist and mainstream services through inclusive and equitable practice, and work collaboratively with clients, families and carers to support meaningful, sustainable outcomes.
