What you will be doing
As a Probate Team Manager, you will oversee daily operations within the Probate department, ensuring the delivery of the firm's renowned service. You will lead and develop a team of Legal Advisors, ensuring targets are met, standards upheld, and clients receive compassionate, efficient support. Your role combines technical supervision with strategic leadership, working closely with other managers to optimise departmental performance.
