The Role

As an Area Retail Manager, you will:

• Lead, coach and inspire Store Managers across your region
• Drive sales, profit and KPI performance across multiple locations
• Ensure operational excellence and brand consistency
• Translate Head Office strategy into successful in-store execution
• Build high-performing teams and strong succession pipelines
• Analyse data and identify commercial growth opportunities
• Lead change and influence Managers across your territory

• Proven multi-site retail management experience
• Strong commercial acumen with a consistent track record of results

• Excellent communication and management skills
• Experience within; Fashion, Big Box, Grocery or Specialist Retail.
