We are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to lead the food offering within a high-quality corporate environment in Surrey.

Catering for up to 300 customers per day, this is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to take ownership of a busy kitchen and deliver a fresh, authentic and high-quality food offer.

The role requires a chef with a strong understanding of international cuisine, authentic flavours and traditional cooking techniques, alongside the ability to deliver consistently high standards within a busy workplace dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day kitchen operation
• Create and develop fresh, innovative menus
• Deliver consistent food quality for up to 300 customers per day
• Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team
• Manage food costs, ordering and stock control
• Maintain excellent food safety and compliance standards
• Continually develop the food offer in line with customer expectations

About You:

• Experienced Head Chef or accomplished Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
• Strong background in international cuisine and authentic cooking
• Excellent knowledge of fresh ingredients, flavours and cooking techniques
• Experience delivering quality food within a busy operation
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Passionate about food quality, consistency and presentation

Experience within contract catering, workplace dining, restaurants, hotels or high-volume hospitality would all be considered.

Salary: £55,000 per annum
