Temporary Care Assistants Needed! Are you an experienced Care Assistant, with a passion for supporting individuals to live their best lives? Looking for a flexible, temporary role, that works around your schedule? Connect 2 Swindon are looking for experienced Care Assistants, to support our client in their Care Home in Swindon with staffing, on a Temporary basis! About you: You will be an experienced Care Assistant with extensive experience working with individuals with Dementia and complex needs. Previous Dementia Awareness training would also be desirable! The Role: Working for Connect 2 Swindon, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in each individuals lives! You will support each individual to be as independent as possible, always prioritising choice and following their Care Plans, to ensure you deliver the very best person-centred care. Duties may include: Personal Care. Support with eating and drinking. Manual handling. Record Keeping. Providing practical emotional and physical support. Support to access the community. General cleaning/housekeeping duties. To be successful in this role you must have proven experience working in a Care or Support setting with prior experience in manual handling. We offer: Weekly pay from £13.47 per hour, shift dependant. Free uniform. Online competency refresher training.Unfortunately, we are unable to provide Sponsorship.
