About the role
We are looking for an experienced M&A professional with solid FIG expertise (insurance preferred) to support a major transaction. This contract role will provide advisory support across the full deal lifecycle—from commercial due diligence to integration planning.
Responsibilities
- Deliver advisory support on an M&A transaction within the insurance sector.
- Conduct commercial due diligence, including market analysis and target evaluation.
- Advise on deal structuring, value creation opportunities, and integration strategy.
- Partner with client stakeholders to shape recommendations and drive actionable insights.
- Prepare clear, high-impact presentations and reports for senior executives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in FIG M&A advisory (insurance preferred).
- Background in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate development.
- Strong expertise in commercial due diligence and post-deal integration planning.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Able to start at short notice.
