£463 - £500 per week PAYE (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
This is a highly rewarding, hands-on role where your dedication and skills will directly impact pupils’ growth, confidence, and well-being. You’ll work alongside a passionate, experienced team in modern, purpose-built facilities based in Wigan, that provide the ideal environment for SEN professionals to grow and make a positive impact to the lives of children with SEND.
This is a term-time only role with strong potential to become permanent following a successful qualifying period, alongside access to ongoing training and professional development. This role is ideal for candidates seeking meaningful SEN experience and long-term opportunities within special education
Requirements (Please Apply Only If You Meet the Below)
To be considered for this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will:
Have previous experience supporting children or young people or vulnerable adults
Have a genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEN, including Autism, learning disabilities, sensory impairments or complex needs
Demonstrate excellent communication skills with pupils, staff and families
Show emotional resilience and adaptability, remaining patient and positive in a fast-paced, sometimes challenging environment
Be reliable, proactive and committed to making a positive impact in a specialist education setting.
