Independent Living Advisor

Rocasa Consulting Limited are looking to recruit a Indpendent Living Advisor in Gloucester to cover 2 sites in Gloucester area so must have a driving licence. Paying £29,839 per annum. Duties Involve: * Manage tenancy processes including referrals, sign-ups, terminations, voids, and tenancy visits. * Work with residents to promote wellbeing and independence through individual plans, group activities, and signposting to specialist support. * Hold customer surgeries and respond to housing-related queries promptly. * Carry out regular health & safety checks and tenancy audits, ensuring accurate records and compliance. * Liaise with local authorities, social care, contractors, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes. * Support income collection and ensure effective service charge monitoring. * Develop opportunities for residents to get involved and influence services. * Represent the organisation positively and work in line with our values. You will need previous experience in Housing Management and have current Enhanced DBS check and UK driving Licence
