Maintenance Engineer ( Mechanical or Electrical) 📍 Sheffield 💷 £49,000 🕒 Electrical - 4 on 4 off, no weekends 🕒 Mechanical - Mornings (06:00-13:00), Afternoons (13:00-20:00) and Nights (20:00-06:00), 1 week rotations. What's in it for you: ✨ Up to 12% bonus ✨ 31 days holiday ✨ Up to 8% pension ✨ Ongoing training & development ✨ Long-term, secure permanent role Stafforce Recruitment are partnering with a well-established heavy manufacturing business in Sheffield to recruit an experienced Maintenance Engineers to join their team The Role Overhaul and maintain mechanical / electrical equipment Respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime Maintain safety and housekeeping standards Assist in production changeovers and report shift activities Electrical installation work to 18th Edition (BS7671) Ensure compliance with H&S, PTW systems and HV safety rules Support continuous improvement and planned maintenance Accurate fault reporting and SAP updates About You Time-served EMaintenance Engineer HNC or equivalent experience in heavy manufacturing / industrial environments Comfortable working days and nights Safety-focused with good communication skills📩 Apply now or contact Stafforce Recruitment for a confidential chat.
