Make a Difference Every Day – SEN Support Worker Based in Hounslow and Sunbury Full-time & Part-time roles Do you have experience supporting individuals with SEN or working in care in the UK? Are you passionate about helping young adults with autism thrive? We are looking for caring, patient, and committed SEN Support Workers to support students aged 19–25 in a specialist high needs autism college. Your Role You will work closely with learners to: Support them in lessons and daily college life Provide 1:1 support where needed Encourage independence, communication, and confidence Assist with personal care respectfully when required Be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team We’re Looking For Experience in SEN or care (essential) Understanding and empathy when working with autism A calm, positive, and proactive attitude A team player who values student wellbeing Join a setting where your support has a genuine, lasting impact
