We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Office & Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our Manchester (Deansgate) office. Manchester, Deansgate – 5 days on site. Easily accessible via train / tram.

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operation of the Manchester office, ensuring it remains safe, professional and well maintained.
Act as the main point of contact for facilities, buildings and office-related matters, working with internal teams and external suppliers.
Oversee repairs, maintenance and contractor activity, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Manage office supplies, equipment and consumables to maintain working order and stock levels.
Support budgeting, expenditure monitoring and invoice processing for office-related costs.
Maintain health, safety and environmental compliance, including relevant checks and documentation.
Oversee office security and access systems and ensure consistent application of safety procedures.
Deliver local onboarding, ensuring a welcoming induction for new starters.Must‑have Requirements
Proven experience in office management, facilities management or a similar role.
Solid understanding of budgeting, supplier management and basic financial processes.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle competing priorities with professionalism.
Strong communication abilities when liaising with staff, suppliers and visitors.
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Confident, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Nice‑to‑have Skills
Familiarity with compliance, purchasing or HR administration.
