Sales Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our successful manufacturing client based in West Bromwich.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone to support the Sales and Customer Service team.  Key Responsibilities: Updating CRM following all call activity with particular attention to customer data capture log Management and maintenance of customer accounts Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently Preparing quotations and sales documentation Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments Managing customer enquiries via phone and email Maintaining accurate records on internal systems Assisting with general office administration The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a sales administration or office-based role Strong organisations skills and time-management skills Excellent communication skills Proficient in using Microsoft Ability to work well as part of a team or independently Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday: 08:30am – 5:00pm Friday: 08:00am – 4:30pm The successful candidate must be flexible regarding working hours when required.
