At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Engineering Learning Coach to join their expanding team based in Manchester. This is a full-time permanent Learning Coach role combining classroom delivery with workplace visits, giving you the opportunity to support and inspire apprentices as they progress through their Level 3 and Level 4 engineering qualifications. You will play a key role in guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey, helping them achieve their qualifications and build long term careers within the engineering sector. What you will be doing: * Deliver high quality coaching and training sessions face to face in the classroom and online * Deliver Level 3 and Level 4 programmes including Lead Engineering Maintenance Technician, Engineering Manufacturing, and Maintenance Technician * Support learners throughout their apprenticeship, ensuring milestones and targets are achieved on time * Manage a caseload of learners, monitoring progress and achievement against deadlines * Visit learners in the workplace across Cheshire to Yorkshire * Provide constructive feedback that builds confidence and supports learner development * Produce accurate reports and learner documentation * Inspire and motivate learners to complete their qualifications successfully What we are looking for: * Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel across the region * Experience supporting, coaching, mentoring, or training others * Ability to manage a varied workload and learner caseload effectively * Passion for helping others succeed and develop their careers Essential * Previous experience within education, training, or teaching * Assessor or teaching qualification Why you will love this role: * Salary £35,975 to £41,985 per annum * Mileage paid * 37 hours per week Monday to Friday * 34 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays plus your birthday off * Significant pension contribution grant * Retail discounts * Employee Assistance Program * Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption, and sickness pay * Long service and retirement rewards * In house training programmes with opportunities to upskill * Subsidised restaurant facilities on selected Manchester sites * Supportive and collaborative team culture that values your expertise If you are ready to use your engineering experience to guide and inspire the next generation of skilled professionals, this role offers purpose, stability, and the chance to make a real impact
