Parts Sales Advisor Office based Role Northampton £27-30k basic salary plus bonuses - Full‑Time - Permanent Are you technically minded, customer‑focused, and motivated by earning potential? We're looking for an office based Parts Sales Advisor to join this established company in the Northampton, Northamptonshire area. The Role You'll support customers across various Construction and Engineering sectors by identifying the correct parts, preparing quotations, and converting enquiries into sales. This is a fast‑paced, rewarding role with uncapped bonus opportunities. Key Responsibilities Source parts from a range of suppliers and ship worldwide Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email Identify correct parts requirements Be a key account manager to customers Process sales orders and liaise with warehouse and logistics teams Build strong relationships with new and existing customers Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records What We're Looking For Technical understanding of construction or heavy‑duty engine parts or components Experience from a parts sales, technical sales or a similar customer‑facing role Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills Ability to interpret technical drawings or parts manuals Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Target‑driven with a proactive approach In return the company offer a Competitive base salary and an Uncapped bonus structure.
