We are recruiting a Head Chef for a prestigious 3AA Rosette hotel set within one of Scotlands most beautiful coastal locations, offering a rare opportunity to lead a high-level kitchen within a respected and established property. For this role it is essential you have a minimum of a 3AA Rosette background.

Oversee stock, GP, and kitchen performance
