MEP Commercial Manager London £145,000 - £160,000 + Car / Travel Allowance + Guaranteed Bonus + Pension Tier 1 M&E Contractor An established Tier 1 building services contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Commercial Manager to lead the commercial delivery of a major flag ship London-based development involving shell and core and fit out. This particular project will be changing London skyline This position will hold overall commercial responsibility for the project, leading the commercial team while working closely with the board of directors to ensure successful financial and contractual delivery throughout the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead the commercial management of a major MEP package Manage and develop the project commercial team Oversee cost reporting, forecasting and commercial performance Manage procurement strategy and subcontract administration Lead change control, variations and commercial negotiations Ensure contractual compliance and effective risk management Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Support successful project delivery through to final accountCandidate Requirements Proven experience operating as a Commercial Manager or Senior Commercial Manager within the building services sector Strong track record delivering major mechanical and electrical projects Previous experience working for Tier 1 contractors or leading M&E contractors Strong contractual, financial and leadership capability Degree qualified or equivalent preferredPackage £145,000 - £160,000 Basic Salary Car allowance Travel allowance Guaranteed bonus scheme Market leading pension scheme Long-term secured project pipelineThis is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded, award-winning contractor delivering complex, high-profile projects across London within a stable and progressive business environment with a handsome order book until 2028/2029.
