Employment Team Leader (Mental Health)

You will be leading the Hillingdon Team.  This role is not formally hybrid, however, there may be occasional opportunities to work from home on a non-contractual basis, depending on business needs and diary commitments. This is a brand-new role on an exciting new IPS employment support contract with a charity that’s genuinely a great place to work. We’ve placed lots of people with them over the years who’ve gone on to develop, grow and build brilliant careers. You’ll be leading a team of eight Employment Specialists who help people with health conditions get back into work, making a real difference to local lives every day. What you’ll be doing You’ll be supporting, coaching and motivating your team to deliver a high-quality service. Your week might include: Monthly supervisions, quarterly reviews and community observations Working closely with NHS partners, Jobcentre Plus and local community groups Helping your team build strong relationships with local employers Making sure employment and health plans are joined up and aligned Reviewing the service regularly against IPS fidelity standards to keep quality high We’re recruiting for a Team Leader covering the Hillingdon Borough.  The salary for the role is £39,701 to £46,027 depending on experience. What they’re looking for You might be a strong Employment Advisor ready to step up into a leadership role, an experienced manager already working on another employment programme, or someone from a recruitment or support service background who knows how to motivate people to deliver great results.
