The role is hands‑on, fast‑moving and ideal for someone who enjoys producing high‑quality drawing packages and coordinating with consultants and clients. As you settle in, you’ll have the chance to take on job‑running responsibilities, support project delivery from early stages through to construction, and play a key role in shaping the technical output of the team. What You’ll Need to Succeed • 3–5 years’ experience as an Architectural Technician • A degree in Architectural Technology or HNC/HND equivalent • Experience working on Commercial, Industrial and/or Retail projects • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards • Confident producing detailed drawings, schedules and construction information • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD – Essential • A proactive mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues What’s in It for You? • Salary £35,000–£40,000 • A competitive benefits package • Hybrid working once probation is complete • A clear progression route within an AJ100 practice • Exposure to a wide range of high‑profile commercial and industrial clients Ready to Apply?
