The Role: Advising clients in accordance with Northern Ireland family law and procedure Drafting court documents, pleadings, affidavits and correspondence Conducting advocacy in the Family Proceedings Court Engaging in negotiations and settlement discussions Liaising with external agencies where required Maintaining accurate file management in line with Law Society of Northern Ireland regulations Contributing to business development and client relationship management The Person: 5 years PQE Experience in children order and domestic violence cases Highly organised Have good communication/interpersonal skills Great time xwzovoh management skills The Rewards: Chance to work in a growing firm Competitive salary
