The Chelsea Harbour Hotel and The Biltmore are seeking a creative, commercially focused, and driven Cluster Marketing Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing, communications, and brand initiatives across the hotel. Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing integrated marketing and communications strategies to increase brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue generation.
• Managing all digital marketing channels, including website content, email marketing, social media platforms, and online reputation management.
• Planning and executing promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, events, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Creating engaging content and overseeing all marketing collateral, photography, videography, and brand assets to maintain consistency across all channels.
