Early Years Practitioner

We are a term time setting; how ever we need someone willing to work some days/weeks during the holidays. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting children aged 2–4 years, helping them to thrive across all areas of development in line with the EYFS framework. Key Responsibilities * Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for all children * Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS * Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues * Observe, assess, and record children’s progress using systems such as Tapestry * Plan and deliver engaging, child-led activities based on children’s interests * Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing * Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain a high-quality provision * Follow all nursery policies and procedures at all times Requirements * Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification * Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework * A genuine passion for working with young children * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * A proactive and positive attitude * Commitment to ongoing professional development What We Offer * A supportive, nurturing working environment * Opportunities for training and career progression * A setting that values creativity, wellbeing, and individuality * The chance to be part of a passionate and dedicated team Safeguarding Statement Little Hearts Preschool Cranleigh is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
