Forward Role are partnering with a B2B business to recruit a Senior CRM Manager to lead a major transformation of its CRM and campaign marketing function.
With investment in HubSpot and huge scope to improve how the business engages its customers, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership, introduce best practice and make a real commercial impact.
The role:
Own the CRM, lifecycle marketing and campaign strategy.
Lead the move from transactional emails to targeted, personalised, multi-channel campaigns.
Take ownership of HubSpot, developing automation, segmentation and customer journeys.
Build a proactive campaign calendar across acquisition, retention, cross-sell and reactivation.
Drive supplier and partner campaigns to support commercial growth.
Manage and develop the CRM team.
What they're looking for:
Strong B2B CRM and marketing automation experience.
Advanced HubSpot expertise.
Experience developing integrated campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
A commercially minded marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
Someone who can challenge the status quo, bring fresh ideas and build best practice.
