Recruitment Coordinator Sale £28,500 - £29,500 doe A leading organisation has an exciting role to provide support with all recruitment activities, including attracting, interviewing and processing candidate onboarding for all of their recruitment needs across the business. Responsibilities include: * Completing pre-interview questionnaires with candidates * Conducting and assisting with interviews * Daily use of the applicant tracking system * Attend job fairs and other external recruitment events * Using various platforms to advertise vacancies – working closely with line managers to understand their recruitment needs and preparing job adverts and specifications * Full onboarding of candidates, including preparing offer letters and contracts, through to references, DBS, right to work checks and sponsorship verification Essentials: * Working in in a similar busy recruitment environment * Experience using an applicating tracking database * Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to work well with people at all levels both within the organisation and externally This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced Recruiter who wants to undertake a varied role with an employer where you shall feel truly valued.
