Talent Acquisition Specialist The Deluxe Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Head of HR in delivering an effective recruitment and resourcing function across the business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing employer branding, improving recruitment processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and departments Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and sourcing strategies Build and manage employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and direct outreach Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and recruitment vendors Maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Track and analyse recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire Ensure a positive, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment legislation and company policies Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Assist with HR administration and maintaining accurate employee records Prepare FEC annual reports Requirements & Qualifications Third Level qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and/or a minimum of 3 years experience within a recruitment or HR function Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes Working knowledge of HR legislation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage a varied workload Ability to work independently xwzovoh and use initiative Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Desirable Criteria Experience and knowledge of UK Home Office requirements Experience in international recruitment Experience recruiting within construction, manufacturing, or specialist trades environments What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Career growth and professional development opportunities Opportunity to work within a dynamic and growing organisation Hours of Work: Monday Thursday: 8.30am 5.00pm Friday: 8.30am 2.30pm The Deluxe Group is an equal opportunities employer.
