Joining on an initial 6 month fixed term contract and with the potential to become permanent in due course, the role will involve supporting the day-to-day legal function of the business alongside assisting on a significant corporate restructuring project. Responsibilities will include reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, advising internal stakeholders on a range of legal matters, supporting corporate governance and company secretarial activities, and helping to develop and improve legal templates, processes and documentation. The successful candidate will also play a key role in monitoring and analysing contractual terms and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies across the legal function.

Candidates should be qualified lawyers with ideally circa NQ - 4 years’ PQE, trained within a leading law firm or with relevant in-house experience. Exposure to corporate, commercial, technology and/or financial markets work is essential, and experience within fintech or financial services would be highly advantageous.
