Project Engineer Team Lead – Electromagnetic Compatibility Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification Security Clearance: British Citizen Copello is partnering with a leading defence organisation to appoint a Project Engineer Team Lead specialising in Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Radiation Effects (RE). This is a high impact leadership role, offering the opportunity to guide a team of specialists delivering critical support across complex defence programmes from early concept through to in-service capability. Working at the forefront of EMC strategy, design, and validation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring cutting edge defence technologies meet stringent electromagnetic environment requirements while driving innovation in digital proving methodologies. Responsibilities: * A strong understanding of Electromagnetic Compatibility and /or Radiation Effects within a defence context * Knowledge of electrical / electronic engineering * The ability to manage activities on time, on cost and on quality, deploying key project management principles to ensure delivery success * A proactive, willing, helpful attitude and a calm professional manner, even when things are changed at the last minute * A clear passion for people management and development.
