Our client are looking to further grow their extensive operational real estate arm focussing on leisure, automotive and some industrial. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The General Practice team acts for both landlord and tenant clients, delivering a broad range of commercial property services. The role will primarily focus on lease advisory and valuation work, with some exposure to agency instructions keeping the work load interesting and diverse. Alongside servicing existing clients, the successful individual will be encouraged to contribute to business development and the generation of new instructions so if you are someone that views themselves as wanting to build client relationships this is a great role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regears
Acting as Expert Witness on rent review and lease renewal disputes
Undertaking Red Book and non-Red Book valuations
Assisting with disposal and acquisition projects
Developing relationships with existing clients and targeting new opportunities
Attending xwzovoh client meetings and working closely with the lease advisory team
Producing clear, detailed written reports
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
MRICS qualified
Several years experience advising on rent reviews and lease renewals
Registered Valuer status
Strong IT skills
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
Commercially minded with a proactive, can-do approach
Ambitious and career focused
