EMEA Renewals Sales Support Coordinator Location: Reading Rate: Inside IR 35 GBP 27 p/h PAYE BPSS check required before start Duration: 6 months with potential extension Hours: standard hours, possibility of hybrid Role Purpose The EMEA Renewals Sales Support Coordinator provides operational, administrative and customer-facing support to the EMEA Renewals Sales team. The role supports renewal execution, data accuracy, customer and partner communication, mandatory quote creation using CPQ within Salesforce, purchase order tracking, bookings support and billing-related activity. This role does not carry an individual quota or own a defined territory, but may provide ad-hoc coverage across regions, customers or opportunities when required. Reporting Line Reports to: Renewals Manager Role Scope The role works closely with Renewals Sales Representatives, customers, partners, distributors, Customer Success, Channel and Sales teams across EMEA. It supports the renewal lifecycle from early customer notification through to quote preparation, order support, bookings and renewal administration. The role is focused on enabling the renewals sales team through strong operational execution, accurate data management and timely coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
