Residential Conveyancer 📍 Newark, Nottinghamshire We are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our friendly and supportive team based in our Newark office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and client-focused legal professional who is keen to progress their career within a well-established, forward-thinking firm. The Role You will be responsible for managing your own varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to post-completion. This will include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Transfers of equity Re-mortgages New build transactions Shared ownership and Help to Buy mattersThe successful candidate will be confident in handling files independently while maintaining a high standard of client care throughout. About You We are particularly interested in candidates who are qualified as either a Solicitor or CILEX Residential Conveyancer, although applications are also welcomed from: Licensed Conveyancers CILEX Lawyers Experienced fee-earning Paralegals with a strong background in residential conveyancingYou will: Have demonstrable experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail Possess strong communication skills and a client-focused approach Be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team Working Arrangements Full-time (5 days per week) or 4 days per week considered Office-based in Newark initially Following successful completion of a 6-month probation period, there may be scope for hybrid working (subject to Partners' discretion) Opportunity to work from the West Bridgford office where appropriate after probation Benefits 25 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays Additional discretionary leave over the Christmas office closure Supportive and collaborative working environment Genuine opportunities for career development and progressionIf you are seeking a new challenge within a firm that values professionalism, teamwork and exceptional client care, we would be delighted to hear from you
